Founder
When life presents us with opportunities, it is up to us to seize upon them. That is the ideal on which ErMack Sales & Marketing was founded. Throughout my 30* years in foodservice, specializing in the Manufacturing side, I consistently saw a void in food brokerage representation. There was a need to have a brokerage company that had a thorough knowledge of the companies and products that they represented. This is the backbone of ErMack and I have used my experience to create a successful team that embraces hard work and truly values the partnerships with those that we represent. We at ErMack Sales and Marketing are dedicated to creating an environment where those who partner with us are successful!

Becky Kelly
Chief Financial Officer
With a passion for finance and a keen understanding of the unique challenges within the industry, I work behind the scenes to ensure the financial success of the company. I oversee budgeting, financial planning, and analysis to ensure the company's financial health. My journey in finance began with a foundation built on experience in various roles, eventually leading me to specialize in the intricacies of the food marketing and sales landscape. My expertise extends beyond traditional financial responsibilities, as I actively collaborate with the executive team to align financial strategies with the company's growth objectives. I foster a culture of financial responsibility and efficiency. I work seamlessly with the sales and marketing team to integrate financial objectives with the company's overall business strategy and ensure success in a competitive market.

Antonio Apetrior
EVP Sales, Marketing and Culinary

I Bring more than 20 years of culinary and management experience in the hospitality industry to the team. I have experience with everything from fine dining to foodservice management. Prior to joining ErMack in 2019, I was the Regional Development Director for a national foodservice brokerage responsible for managing the top 10 clients in high-profile markets, including: Metro NY, Eastern PA and Baltimore/Washington. In this role, I'm passionate about helping our principal clients grow in existing markets and expand into new territories.

Mike Crawford
Account Executive

I spent the early part of my career in operations running my own catering company. I made the move to food brokerage in 2000 and have spent the last 20+ years using my food knowledge to find solutions for both operators and distributors with the manufacturers I represent. I joined the ErMack team in 2020, covering the Philadelphia market.

Matt Kelly
Accounts and Costumer Service Coordinator
Assuming the role of Account Manager in 2021, I work to ensure a healthy and productive line of communication between the customers and manufacturers ErMack represents. Utilizing the collective skills and resources our team possesses allows me the opportunity to create mutually beneficial relationships everyday. We at ErMack consistently look forward to every opportunity to solidify the success of all our partners.

Mackenzie Kelly
Account Manager
I am a new member of the team who will be working on the front-facing sales side. I will specialize in outreach and introducing new potential customers to ErMack.

Scott McMillian
Account Executive

I graduated from Penn State University in 1994 with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management. Over the past 30 years, I’ve built a diverse career in foodservice and retail, working as a Regional Manager and Segment Specialist across military, education, chain, program, and street sales.
I’ve helped develop and expand markets nationwide, collaborating with major companies such as Sodexo, Aramark, Good Source, and Premier. My experience spans partnerships with broadline and independent distributors, as well as organizations like SUNY colleges, K-12 schools, NY Ag and Markets, Cornell Cooperative Extension, 7-Eleven, the Baltimore Orioles, Penn State University, prime military vendors, and various fine dining, gaming, and regional chain accounts.

Chris Donnelly
Account Executive

Chris Donnelly has been in the Foodservice Brokerage industry for 24 plus years. Chris has successfully managed Sysco Opco’s along with Chain Accounts. Chris has spent the majority of his career in the Philadelphia area and servicing the surrounding area. In his last position, Chris had a team of brokers representatives under his direction. The experiences and relationships that Chris has developed are invaluable. A dedication to hard work coupled with a focused approach has proved invaluable to his success.
